At this time young people are dealing with many demands and challenges, trying to discover where they fit in and dealing with internal and external expectations. All of which can result in the young person feeling lost, stuck or experiencing difficulties with their emotions and wellbeing.
We work with families and young people who are struggling to maintain their wellbeing. We support young people from age 6 onwards to thrive and develop skills that will last them for life, that they then can continue to use in adulthood.
Our support enables young people and family to build resilience to achieve positive outcomes to support their wellbeing. We have been successfully supporting young people and families using coaching strategies, NLP and CBT and to develop effective, lasting coping skills. Using these tools, we have been able to support the young person to address their issues and support their mental wellbeing and also to develop positive relationships.
